Fleet Clean USA has a satisfaction guaranteed policy. While we do not provide a refund once services have been rendered and paid for, we will work with our customers to ensure they are happy with the service we provide.
Fleet Clean provides a Service Agreement to our customers rather than require them to sign a contract. Our customers can cancel an appointment 24 hours prior to our scheduled service time with no penalty, however we will charge a trip charge if we go to a job site and are unable to provide services due to no fault of our own. Additionally, our customers are not required to continue service and need only contact us to let us know when they wish to cancel.
